Brecon Speakers Club - Speaking Among Friends

Brecon Speakers Club is Wales' latest speakers club. Its founder and president Mike Douse is an international educationalist with a tremendous background in the art of communication. The club meets twice a month in the Three Horseshoes, Brecon.
