You can get lean, tone, strong, and confident in just three - 30 minute classes per week at Impact MMA Fitness. Training is intense, yet self-paced for all fitness levels. Our Muay Thai Fitness Kickboxing workouts are always different and offer endless variety so members do not get bored, and a trainer is never more than a couple steps away if you need attention or help. We offer a free first class so you can try it out for yourself.
